Our Australian client base has increased substantially in the last two years. We've found ourself visiting Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide almost every month. So in 2023, we opened our first office on the world famous George Street, a trendy road shared by the likes of Apple, Dyson, and Sony. Malaysia is our newest home and where our technology operations will live and develop alongside our consulting practice. We are using this modern metropolis as our gateway to the wider ASEAN region. Our team is currently working in a hybrid setting, but we can arrange to meet at your office or local cafe.

We have streamlined our proposal and quote stage to get you all the information you need within 24 hours. In fact, our quickest discussion of the proposal was 50 minutes. That's because we've worked hard on streamlining our services, standardising our onboarding journey, and have built our own automated proposal tool. However, we also see value in taking things at a good pace. We will talk with you for about 45 minutes, generate a rough scope, move this into a proposal, tweak where necessary, and onboard you within 24 hours if you sign.
Yes we do. Either a member of our team who is local to you can meet for coffee, at our office, or at yours to talk about how Fixinc may be able to help. If we're not available (usually due to being with clients), we can conduct a virtual call. We don't need much notice to meet, just reach out when you are ready.
We're a boutique advisory service with a purposefully small team. This allows us to provide intimate and premium level service for our small client base, and this is what keeps us busy. If you want to chat, get to know us and build that trust, we are available any time. However, if we're not for you, we will not waste our client's valuable time by chasing you. We can in fact also recommend additional options in the market through our sister company, ResilienceWEB.
